JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences.
5. The above submission is recorded and this Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
6. In case the Police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with some non-bailable offences based on the incident in this case, the investigating officer shall give an opportunity to the petitioner to approach this court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
