The petitioner is a practicing Homeopathy Doctor. According to the petitioner, he has passed the four year course in the Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery in the year 1976. The petitioner submits that he is having five years experience in modern medicine and therefore, he is entitled for exemption under Section 23(2) of the Travancore Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953. The petitioner has approached the first respondent by Ext.P13 representation.
In view of Ext.P13 representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P13 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
