This writ petition is filed with the following reliefs:
(i) to issue writ of mandamus, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to determine and demarcate the boundaries of the property in Ext.P1 sale deed belonging to the petitioner in Survey No.368/17-3 of Ulloor Village, after conducting survey.
(ii) to issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider, Ext.P4, P5 and Form 8 submitted by the petitioner and take action upon the same, within a time limit which this Honourable Court may deem fit.
2. In view of the pendency of statutory request by way of Ext.P4 and Form 8 application claimed to have been filed by the petitioner before the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the said respondent to expedite steps based on Ext.P4 and Form 8 application filed by the petitioner and to determine and demarcate the boundaries WP(C).No.4731/2014-N.
2 of the property mentioned in Ext.P4. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
