JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the interim directions issued by this Court, the Government had already considered his representation.
2. In that view of the matter, no further directions are required to be passed in the above writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.
It is made clear that the interim direction issued by this Court shall stand vacated.
