Petitioner approached the fourth respondent Returning Officer complaining that the 5th respondent is not eligible to take part in the election of Central Council of Indian Medicine. It is the case of petitioner that the 5th respondent is having dual registration in the State of Kerala and State of Tamil Nadu. Petitioner submits that he is one of the candidate and has the right to object the candidature of the 5th respondent.
2. In the light of above, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P2 and to take a decision thereon after hearing petitioner and the 5th respondent before 20.12.2014.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
