JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Dr. Satish Chandra,J.
Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is granted four weeks' time to seek instruction regarding withdrawal of his contribution to Provident Fund for the earlier services rendered by him as in the absence thereof, the petitioner may not be entitled to get any pensionary benefits.
Learned counsel for State shall keep a senior officer well conversant with the procedure for the purpose of calculating the pensionary benefits etc. present in Court on the next date of hearing.
List the matter after four weeks.
