vrc W.P.No.41261 of 2016 24.03.2017 W.P.No.41261 of 2016 M.M.SUNDRESH,J.
AND K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Today(19.06.2017), at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter is taken up.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a clerical mistake has crept in in the 3rd paragraph of the order passed on 24.03.2017 wherein instead of the complaint filed by the petitioners, it was wrongly mentioned as the complaint as against the petitioners. He further submitted that in the 5th and 7th line of the very same paragraph, instead of Bar Council of India it has been wrongly mentioned as second respondent. Hence these corrections may be made and fresh order copy may be issued.
3. Considering the submissions made, the Registry is directed to make correction in the order dated 24.03.2017 to the effect that the words as against in the 2nd line of paragraph 3 of the order be replaced with the words filed by and the words second respondent in the 5th and 6th lines be replaced as Bar Council of India and issue fresh order copy.
