JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the fourth round of All India Quota for Post Graduate counselling in Medical Education in the year 2013. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, I am of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
