JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has become infructuous since the holy dip has already been started on 12th September, 2017 and necessary arrangements have been made for the pilgrims. The petitioner accepts that necessary arrangements have been made by the District authorities. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is no complaint from the pilgrims.
2. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
