The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner has got a certified copy of the order in I.A.No.747 of 2014 in O.P.No.65 of 2009. In the light of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in this case. Accordingly, this O.P. is closed. It is made clear that, the interim order stands vacated.
