Petitioner approached the Land Tribunal for issuance of purchase certificate. Petitioner's application has been registered as S.M.Appl.No.1061 of 2014.

2. In view of pendency of the above application, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider and take appropriate decision in the above application within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
