JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Sinha, learned advocate for the petitioner, and Mr. Chari, learned advocate for the respondents.
Having regard to the issues raised in the petition and the reply affidavit resisting the petition, the petition requires consideration. Hence, Rule. Expedited.
It is clarified that in the meanwhile, the respondent authorities will consider the case of the petitioner for payment of incentives for further period i.e. after this petition to the petitioner in light of the applicable and relevant rules and service conditions and if the petitioner is eligible, the payments may be made accordingly and the pendency of present petition will not be cited as reason for denying the payment to the petitioner.
