This petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to have O.S. No.91/2012 transferred pending before the Sub Court, Ottapalam to the First Additional District Court, Ernakulam.
2. The respondents entered appearance and their only request is that priority may be given to the suit for disposal.
3. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.S. No.91/2012 pending before the Sub Court, Ottapalam stands transferred to the First Additional District Court, Ernakulam. The First Additional District Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the suit, if possible giving due priority.
