From perusal of Annexure-2 to the contempt application, it appears that a certified copy of the order of the writ court dated 12.04.2017 in Writ-A No.15172 of 2017 (Smt. Dropa Devi vs. State of U.P. and three others) has not been properly submitted.
Under the circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed at this stage leaving it open to the applicant to submit within two weeks from today a certified copy of the order dated 12.04.2017 before the authority concerned for compliance. Liberty is further granted to the applicant to file a fresh contempt application in case authority concerned does not comply with the order of writ court even after proper communication to him.
