JUDGMENT / ORDER

Claiming to be a physically handicapped person, the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to permit him to run a small bunk shop. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Such a request can only be made before the Vending Committee constituted pursuant to the orders of this Court.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Vending Committee. No costs.
