JUDGMENT / ORDER

Common Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to forbear from demolishing the buildings described in the schedules.
For Petitioners : Mr.R.Murugan For Respondent : Mr.N.Sampath M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AND N.SESHASAYEE, J., AP COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made endorsement in the writ petitions individually, to that effect. 2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.N.Sampath, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent. 3 In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
