The petitioner is an Assistant Surgeon in the Health and Family Department. The petitioner raised her grievance by Ext.P1 before the first respondent regarding computation of income for issuance of creamy layer certificate. According to the petitioner, in Kerala alone for non-creamy layer certificate, the Government insists income certificate of the family inclusive of income of the applicant. It is submitted that in other States this criteria is not followed.
In view of the disparity as above, the petitioner has approached the first respondent by Ext.P1. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
