JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to issue No Objection Certificate to the writ petitioner based on the representation dated 05.12.2016.
2. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that No Objection Certificate due to him has not been issued by the respondent-University.
3. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, made a fair submission that if the writ petitioner is otherwise eligible in accordance with the rules, No Objection Certificate will be issued by considering his application.
4. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
