By an interim order dated 11.4.2014, this Court directed the 6th respondent to see that the water connection is restored on depositing the due amount for the same. It was also directed that, the water connection will be restored immediately on payment.
2. The order impugned in the appeal is from I.A.No.2158/2013 in O.S.No.570/2011. Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submitted that it can be seen from Annexure 2 produced in I.A.No.801/2014 that the appellant has made certain payments viz. `.20430/- towards subscription to the Association and a sum of `.5,000/- for staircase. It is also stated that a further sum of `.2,000/- was also paid as an advance payment for the period from June 2014 to October 2014. It is further stated that the supply was restored only on 22.5.2014. It is submitted that no further orders are required in the appeal.
Therefore, recording the above submissions, we close the appeal.
