Petitioner raised Ext.P4 representation before the Tahsildar, Kanayannoor Taluk Office. Petitioners grievance in the above representation is that the 5th respondent is attempting to reclaim petitioners property and therefore, respondents shall fix the boundary of the petitioners based on Ext.P1 title deed. Petitioners also submitted that the 5th respondent panchayath reclaimed and constructed a road.
2. In view of Ext.P4 before the Tahsildar, Tahsildar shall take appropriate steps to identify the property with respect to title deed after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as the 5th respondent. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
