The petitioners are aggrieved by Ext.P5 proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent District Collector. Ext.P6 is the memorandum of appeal filed by the petitioners before the 1st respondent against Ext.P5. The petitioners submit that pending consideration of Ext.P6 appeal, proceedings are initiated to demolish the building in the property which is the subject matter of the appeal. Ext.P8 is the notice issued to the petitioners by the 3rd respondent Tahsildar. In view of the pendency of Ext.P6, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 appeal. Appropriate orders shall be passed on Ext.P6 after affording an opportunity to the petitioners within two months. Till a final decision is taken on Ext.P6 appeal, Ext.P8 shall be kept in abeyance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
