Learned CSC has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 to 9.
Sri U.N. Sharma, learned Senior Counsel while assailing the impugned order of suspension dated 20.9.2010 contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, stated that the petitioner was not assigned duty in question to look after the work concerned. Submission is that the Ayurved doctors have not been provided the work to look into the duty with regard to controversy on account of which the petitioner has been suspended.
Let Principal Secretary of the Department, file his personal affidavit containing parawise reply to the contents of writ petition, within a week. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
List on 20.10.2010. On the next date of listing, the respondents shall produce record.
