JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri A.N. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that on account of alleged deficiency in the stamp duty instrument has been impounded and the demand of Rs.31,63,700/- has been raised. He submitted that the petitioners have already deposited half of the amount and now they are ready to deposit the balance amount. He submitted that the authority below be directed to consider the request for release of the instrument.
In view of the above, the application is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned to consider the prayer of the petitioners for the release of the instrument in case if the petitioners deposit the entire amount demanded in the impugned order. The petitioners' request for release of the sale deed be considered expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of moving of the application.
The application is accordingly disposed of. The deposit shall be subject to the decision of this writ petition.
