Driver vs Sumarbhai

It has been the consistent practice of this Court not to enter into the merits of those appeals wherein the claim in appeal is petty, and claims upto Rs.1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims. Since, the amount involved in present appeals are petty claims, present appeals are dismissed without entering into the merits of the matter. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. No order as to costs. Decree be drawn accordingly.
