This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by FTC-1, Moradabad in Sessions trial No. 500 of 2013 (State Vs. Drigpal Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 20 of 2017, under sections 376(2)G, 323, 325, 114 IPC, Police Station Hazrat Nagar Garhi, district Moradabad.
From the perusal of the record it appears that proceedings of the case is pending since 2013, hence, I do not find any good reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 26.03.2019, therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is hereby refused.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
