This writ petition is filed for allotment of seat to MD Paediatrician at Medical College, Kottayam for the year 2012-'13. In view of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, dismissed as infructuous, leaving open all issues in this writ petition.
