JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the Mahila Court, Madurai, by order dated 23.01.2015, in S.C.No.143 of 2011 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
