Today, Mr.D.Periyanadar, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint dated 03.12.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.411 of 2016 was conducted by calling both the parties and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
