JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli and transfer to the file of the Family Court, Salem.
2. The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was conducted on 07.11.2011. Due to dispute, both of them are living separately. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2014 for divorce, on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.
3. According to the petitioner, she has shifted her place to her parents house at Salem. Hence, it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Tirichy as she cannot afford to travel to Trichy for the each hearing date with her two year old child. Therefore, she prays for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli, to the file of the Family Court, Salem.
4. Though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on the side of the respondent either in person or through counsel.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem.
6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.06.2017 ssd To
