JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kanjirapally Police for the offence under Sec.420 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per the report dated 19.05.2014 of the Sub Inspector, Kanjirapally, a complaint concerning a property transaction is received but no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not required for any purpose.
3. In the light of the above, petitioner cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
