Dr.C.Ramakrishnan vs Government Of Puducherry

Madras High Court|12 June, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the fourth respondent that the petitioner had joined the College by paying the fees. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not have any instructions on the same and he has filed a memo dated 09.06.2017 permitting him to withdraw the vakalat. Hence, the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list. In spite of the petitioner name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the petitioner.
2. Since the petitioner has already joined the college by paying the fees, his challenge to the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
