The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the non- consideration of Ext.P1 complaint made by him to the second respondent. The learned Government Pleader appears for respondents 1 and 3. Adv.Murali Purushothaman appears for the second respondent. Adv.Joy Thattil Ittoop appears for the fourth respondent. The counsel for the second respondent assures that Ext.P1 would be considered and appropriate orders passed thereon, without delay. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after hearing the petitioner, the fourth respondent as well as other interested parties as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
