Grievance of the petitioner can always be remedied by the Central Administrative Tribunal and, therefore, the present petition is not liable to be entertained in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India & others, reported in AIR (1997) 3 SCC Page 261.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal this petition is consigned to records.
