This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action upon the application dated 16.7.2018 filed by the petitioner before the respondent Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Varanasi Region, Varanasi.
The application aforesaid has already been considered and decided by the Chief Regional Manager on 20.7.2018, photostat copy whereof is placed on record by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. A copy of the same has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order dated 20.7.2018 no cause, as adjudicated in the petition for writ, survives. Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order/communication dated 20.7.2018 passed by the Chief Regional Manager, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Varanasi Region, Varanasi before the appropriate forum by availing appropriate remedy, as available to him.
