JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the Geologist, filed an appeal before the first respondent under Rule 49 of the Kerala Miner Mineral Concession Rules. Ext.P5 is the memorandum of appeal. In view of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P5 appeal after affording an opportunity to the petitioner within a period of two months. Till a decision is taken on Ext.P5 all coercieve steps based on Ext.P4 shall be kept in abeyance.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
