JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed praying to set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in C.A.No.44 of 2005, dated 16.12.2005, by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.I), Trichy in C.C.No.105 of 2002 on 09.02.2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and allow this Revision and acquit the petitioner from the charge levelled against him.
2. The petitioner and the respondent are present along with their respective counsels.
3. The appellate Court has confirmed the Judgment of the trial Court relating to the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Aggrieved by that Judgment, the present Revision is filed by the petitioner herein. The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. Both the parties appeared before the Mediation and they settled their disputes and Mediation report was also received along with Mediation agreement. A Joint Memo has been filed today by both sides stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled amicably, before the Mediation Centre. The Joint Memo is recorded.
4. The petitioner has produced his original Aadhar Card, bearing No.319978730220 and the respondent has produced his original Driving Licence bearing No.D.L.No.F/TN/045/007222/1998 renewed upto 30.07.2018 for their identification.
5. In the light of the submission made by both sides, this Criminal Revision is allowed by setting aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in C.A.No.44 of 2005, dated 16.12.2005, by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.I, Trichy in C.C.No.105 of 2002, on 09.02.2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the Revision Petitioner is acquitted from the charges levelled against him.
