JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 5 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.06.2017.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1. D.Ramkumar  781864868846 and 2. V.Amutha - 811871230012 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An Affidavit dated 04.10.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 5 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 5 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 04.10.2017 shall form part of the order.
