The petitioners seek review of the judgment dated 04.2.2014 in W.P.(C) No.2675/2014. In the review petition it is stated that the provision for raising objection as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act') is provided under section 15 of the Act and not under section 11(1) of the Act and in the said circumstances the reference to section 11(1) in the judgment is an error apparent on the face of the judgment. The petitioners pray for its correction. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners virtually require only a clarification that the petitioners would be at liberty to raise objection within the time stipulated under section 15 of the Act and not within the time stipulated under section 11(1). Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned R.P No.723 of 2014 in W.P.(C) No.2675 of 2014 2 Government Pleader it is ordered that the reference to section 11 in the operative portion of the judgment stands corrected as section 15 of the Act. In case the petitioners return the certified copy of the judgment already obtained issue a corrected copy of the judgment on usual terms. Sd/-
