Heard Sri Ajay Sengar learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri I.P.S. Rajpoot learned AGA and perused the material placed on record.
This writ petition has been filed for seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent concerned to conduct fair investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 14.7.2019 in Case Crime No. 0058/2019, under Sections 302, 307 IPC, 1860, P.S. Chikasi, District Hamirpur.
We are informed by Sri I.P.S. Rajpoot, learned AGA on the basis of communication of Officer In-charge of the police station concerned to the Additional Government Advocate dated 22.9.2019 indicating that a charge-sheet has been submitted against the brother of the petitioner on 12.9.2019 before the court concerned and a final report in the case crime No. 0058 of 2018 lodged by the petitioner. If that be so, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
