JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw original petition in I.D.O.P.no.30 of 2016 on the file of District Court, Vellore and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.
2. The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was conducted on 04.02.2010 at Sacred Heart Church, Arakonam. Due to dispute, both of them are living separately. The petitioner filed I.D.O.P.No.30 of 2016 for divorce, on the file of the District Court, Vellore
3. According to the petitioner, she is working as a teacher at Chennai. Hence, it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Vellore along with her six year old female baby. Therefore, she prays for transfer of I.D.O.P.No.30 of 2016 from the file of the District Court, Vellore, to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
4. Though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on the side of the respondent either in person or through counsel.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.30 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the District Court, Vellore and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.06.2017 ssd To
