Petitioner was placed under suspension for some irregularity in carrying out the operation on 12.6.2013 and thereafter the inquiry proceeded and the inquiry report has been submitted on 15.2.2014 in which petitioner has not been found guilty and he has been exonerated, but till date no decision in respect to the reinstatement of petitioner has been taken. This appears to be very strange. As on date nothing remains to keep the petitioner under suspension because the charges has already been examined and he has been found to be not negligent.
In view of the aforesaid respondents are directed to either get the petitioner reinstated or to file a show cause before the next date.
Let this matter be posted as fresh on 8.10.2014.
