JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, learned advocates for the parties have placed on record copies of the orders passed below complaint filed by the complainant under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act whereby the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint. Order is passed on the basis of the purshis submitted by the complainant to the effect that the parties have already settled the dispute before the Civil Court and, therefore, complainant does not want to proceed with the complainant. Taking note of this development, learned advocates for the parties have stated that these petitions have now become infructuous.
In view of this, all these petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged in each of the petitions.
