SAHAI) Ms.Kruti Shah, learned counsel for the appellant states that inspite of best efforts, her client has not been able to obtain the notice issued under Section 267 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993. The copy of notice issued under the aforesaid provisions by the respondent shall be filed by learned AGP Ms.Jirga Jhaveri within three weeks.
