(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Since present intra Court appeal is preferred from order dated 12.10.2011 of learned Single Judge of this Court in Special Civil Application No.14932 of 2011, wherein an interim order in a Reference pending before the labour Court was under challenge and the Court has protected the appellant in paragraph 4 of the impugned order, the appeal is not required to be entertained and it is disposed as not maintainable, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellant. Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed accordingly.
