Heard learned counsels for parties.
Upon the Court expressing its disinclination to interfere with the order of suspension bearing in mind the seriousness of charges levelled against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for directions being framed for expeditious conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents’ states that subject to the petitioner cooperating in the enquiry and not taking any unnecessary adjournments, all endeavour shall be made to conclude the disciplinary proceedings with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
