Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Learned Standing Counsel was granted time to file counter affidavit on 7.1.2007. Almost sever years have passed, but the counter affidavit has not been filed. As prayed, four weeks and no more is allowed to file counter affidavit.
List on 10.3.2014. In case if the counter affidavit will not be filed on the next date of listing, the Chief Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Sonebhadra shall appear in person.
