Case is called out in revised list. The case is listed peremptorily. Shri Vivek Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner again prays for time to file rejoinder affidavit.
We find from the record that the counter affidavit is not on record. Learned counsel for the respondents is therefore directed to file an authentic copy of the counter affidavit on record within a period of three weeks. Shri Vivek Verma, leaned counsel for the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within the same period.
List thereafter peremptorily.
