This petition has been filed against the interim order dated 14.07.2014 passed by the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru in M.C.No.774/2011.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings before the Family Court, Bengaluru are fixed for final arguments and the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, Bengaluru to conclude the proceedings in a time bound manner.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, Bengaluru to conclude the proceedings pending before it within a period of one month from today.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
