JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2 has been accepted by Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh, Advocate and the learned Standing Counsel has put in appearance for opposite party no.3. Sri Amarendra Kumar Bajpai, Advocate, has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the same is taken on record.
Sri Waseeq Uddin Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a limited prayer that the Chancellor of the University, Lucknow University, Lucknow may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2019 in exercise of powers conferred under Section 68 of he Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973, within some specified period.
Learned counsel appearing for opposite parties have no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
Heard and perused the record.
In view of the facts and circumstances stated above and without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Chancellor, Lucknow University, Lucknow to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2019, in accordance with law, by passing a detailed and reasoned order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation so pending.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
