Submission of learned standing counsel is that the petitioner replied only in February, 2010 hence judgment dated 24.8.2009 could not be complied with. It has also been submitted that the Court may not be informed with regard to non-submission of reply to the chargesheet before the order was passed.
We are afraid of the submission. Once the matter has been decided finally with direction, it shall be obligatory on the part of the State Government to comply the same in letter and spirit. For any ambiguity or for any other purpose, an application should have been moved which has not been done.
Put up on 27.9.2010 to enable learned standing counsel to receive instructions as to why the order has not been complied with.
